ABOUT
       SARAH

Sarah L. Tringhese is an elementary school teacher just
outside Youngstown, Ohio. She currently teaches in the same district where she grew up, so her roots run deep. Writing a book was a dream that came later in life—ironically, in the midst of her darkest days. Going through the storm of her life put a spotlight on her faith in God and her burden for women—especially moms—and she couldn’t wait to put it into words.

Sarah lives in Canfield, Ohio, with her husband, Tom, and their daughters, Hannah and Abigail. When she’s not obsessing over her Goldendoodle and Havanese (Lily and Cookie), she’s often taking pictures, dreaming of Christmas, or watching Breakfast at Tiffany’s. She finds solace in spending time near water—whether it’s a lake, river, or ocean—which inspired her newest dream: to one day own a lake house.

More Info

Her memoir, My Second Half: A Momcologist’s Story of Struggle, Strength, and a Savior Who Wastes Nothing, is her first book. Inspired by how God used the worst time in her life to shape who she is, Sarah strives to help others see what’s truly important.
Living life to the fullest is more than just a saying to her—she wants to help others get there.
